How will we do this? We will do this by:
Providing staff that are licensed through the SIA.
Our company holds SIA ACS Scheme status along with NSI ‘Gold’ certification for BS7499, BS7858 and BS7984 and Safe Contractor.
We provide security guards with the right qualities and training. This enables them to work within any of our respected clients while providing an exceptional services, hitting all the targets set.
Our company and officers are committed to providing a quality service that is both cost effective and efficient. Through monthly meetings we can enhance our relationship ensuring a bespoke service 24/7. We also use our bispoke KPI system to ensure we are doing the upmost best at what we do. If we are unfortunate enough to fall short of our expected target, we will act upon it with immediate effect.
All our Security Personnel have all undergone the basic Level SIA training. Further to this they receive in depth assignment induction training along with additional training that is contract specific, which may include, first aid, searching, front of house/concierge and Level 2 BTEC Customer Care and other qualifications. We are able to provide a flexible service whereby we can provide staff at short notice to single or multiple locations. We pride ourselves in being able to do this effectively as the size of our company allows us to do so without any complications.
