DBS / Disclosure Scotland

To make safer recruitment decisions and reduce the risk to your business, a DBS  or Disclosure Scotland check will provide impartial and confidential criminal information held by police and government departments.

Depending on the level requested, a disclosure will provide details of convictions and cautions for offences committed in Scotland, England and Wales held on the Police National Computer, whether a candidate is on the lists operated by the Department of Health and Department for Education and Skills, and any information held by police which is relevant to the position applied for.
